Charles N. Headrick
MDFor over 20 years, board-certified colorectal surgeon Dr. Headrick has treated patients in the San Fernando Valley, including Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Calabasas, Agoura Hills, West Hills, Woodland Hills, Encino and Tarzana, as well as Los Angeles and Burbank. He is currently the chief of surgery at Providence Tarzana Hospital and holds admitting privileges at several other hospitals, including West Hills Hospital, Valley Presbyterian Hospital and Providence St. Joseph's Hospital. Dr. Headrick is a native of Texas, where he graduated from Rice University and obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. He furthered his training by completing his general surgery residency and fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Since moving to California to establish his practice in colorectal surgery, Dr. Headrick has received many honors, including serving as the president of the Southern California Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery and as the chief of surgery at Valley Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Headrick's work has been published in surgery textbooks as well as in peer-reviewed journals including the prestigious Diseases of the Colon & Rectum.
